Potjie Pot Size No. 4 (Best Duty)

The Size 4 Potjie Pot includes well-fitted lid and carrying handle. Pre-seasoned with flaxseed oil and made from pure gray cast iron. This size is getting into a larger cooking cauldron size and is used for everything from cooking whole chickens to meat roasts. Used on the beach for fish fries or clam bakes too. The round shape allows the heat to flow evenly around the sides and maintain liquids at the lowest point to keep from burning. The lid has a deep lip for holding hot coals. Excellent for cooking over open fires or LP gas burners.
